  13. Refunds: PDS INFOTECH PVT LTD makes all effort to deliver quality software products and services to its valued clients. For any reason, if one is not satisfied with their purchase, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of making the payment. To initiate a refund, one needs to contact the customer support team via email at info@pdsinfotech.com providing details of the transaction and the reason for seeking refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
